What is my Email & Communications Responsibility?
- Traders must monitor and review all Prime communications
- Add Prime as a trusted sender to avoid spam filtering
- Check spam/junk folders regularly
- Missed communications due to email issues are the trader's responsibility
- Funded contracts are sent via DigiSigner — don't block that sender
