Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Once payment has been successfully processed and the evaluation account has been purchased and issued, you will receive your login credentials via email. From this point onward, the service is considered fully delivered, and you explicitly acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital products and instant account provisioning, refunds will not be granted once the evaluation has been purchased and credentials have been sent, regardless of account usage, performance, or outcome.
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
- The evaluation account is acquired on your behalf immediately after payment.
- Delivery is fulfilled upon issuance of login details.
- No refunds, cancellations, or reversals are permitted after this stage.
In the rare event of a verified technical error on our end prior to account issuance, a resolution may be considered at our sole discretion.

Acceptance of this Policy

Refunds After successful completion of the Prime Funding Evaluation program
After you have successfully completed Evaluation phase of one of our Evaluation Programs and proceeded to the funded phase you will not receive a refund of the initial sign up fee with your first withdrawal.
Important Notice
It's important to distinguish between purchasing a program from Prime Funding and making a deposit with a financial institution. The fees you pay for our programs are not deposits.
